These terms regulate all users of www.enemaerkeparfums.com. They will be valid for all your future transactions with Enemaerke Parfums ApS and visits to www.enemaerkeparfums.com. These conditions regulate sales of perfumes or other products by www.enemaerkeparfums.com to private individuals. This website is destined exclusively to private individuals. Enemaerke Parfums ApS reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found at the end of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

 

DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee that all the items available at the www.enemaerkeparfums.com online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you by phone or by e-mail. Enemaerke Parfums ApS cannot warrant that the content of www.enemaerkeparfums.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Enemaerke Parfums ApS may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range. Though Enemaerke Parfums strive to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through www.enemaerkeparfums.com are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where Enemaerke Parfums act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Enemaerke Parfums cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or not being able to use the site. Enemaerke Parfums cannot guarantee a problem-free, uninterrupted and secure access to the website.

The full amount will be charged on the date of the purchase (i.e. when you confirm your purchase). All prices are including Danish VAT and any shipping fees (when applicable) will be added while proceeding with your order confirmation based on the delivery address. Enemaerke Parfums reserves the right to modify the prices of products at any time prior notice.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to all countries. You will get notified during checkout if we do not deliver to your country. Additional duties and taxes may be levied by customs in the destination country and will be the responsibility of the recipient. Enemaerke Parfums cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance.

We will deliver the Products in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. We will endeavor to deliver all orders will be within 3-8 working days as from the day of the Contract, although these timings cannot be guaranteed.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Enemaerke Parfums cannot accept returns where labels have been removed and/or damaged. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Enemaerke Parfums. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. . Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank account. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. 
 

RULE VIOLATION

Enemaerke Parfums reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

FORCE MAJEURE

In case of Force Majeure, Enemaerke Parfums obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Enemaerke Parfums can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Enemaerke Parfums. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Enemaerke Parfums will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
 

GOVERNING LAW

These terms of use are construed in accordance with Danish law and you agree that the Danish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of you country may be different from the laws in Denmark and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
